I do want to take a moment to thank all those who take the time read my blog. For your encouraging words and helpful suggestions, thank you. Even those of you that lurk, I appreciate all of you. I've met some lovely people through blogging and I feel blessed. So today I wish to bless one of my readers with a giveaway.
About year ago I bought my children two beautiful hand-turned tops from Mountain Tops. They love these tops and play a great deal with them.

Tom opened his etsy shop when the economy went south to bring in a bit of extra cash home. He had to become a better turner to make this work and the tops he makes now are much nicer than the first ones he gave to his boys. Tom is always happy to hear that his tops are as big a hit with someone else's family as they were with his.
And now for the giveaway! I am giving away one Colour Theory Top. These tops spin primary colours to make a secondary colour, for example red and yellow into orange. Kids learn colour theory while having a blast with these traditional toys. So much fun!

Oh, how lovely! I feel selfish entering, because you already sent me a lovely gift..but I have to, for my boys. =) Wow, that is so cool about the color changing. I like the one that changes to purple the best, but Isaiah likes the one that is always blue. He loves blue. =)
ReplyDeleteHappy Anniversary :-)
ReplyDeleteI have a fondness for tops and these look incredible! Of course they all are fantastic, but maybe the purple one is "tops". ;-)
happy blogversery! I have so enjoyed keeping touch by reading your blog - you are a great writer! I think the purple one would be Bunny's favourite, but the plain blue would be a close second.
ReplyDeleteHappy anniversary!!! Those tops are amazing, thanks for the giveaway.
ReplyDeleteHappy Anniversary!! So exciting. Mary would love the purple one.
ReplyDeleteOh I love the Educational Top Red and Blue Spin to Violet! Happy Anniversary!!!
ReplyDeleteI'm a lurker. But we met once at the very first book club meeting... I was the one from Vanderhoof who had to drop out when you changed the time to Wednesday evenings. I enjoy your blog, it's very simple and makes one feel like life would be better at a slower, more natural pace! :) I'd love to enter the top giveaway.
