A Winter Weekly Menu #9

We had a lovely visit this weekend with friends from near and far. Our house was bustling with excitement and laughter. We celebrated birthdays and shared conversation. Now everyone has returned home and the children have been put to bed. I wrap myself in a warm blanket and welcome the quiet.


Sunday
lunch: Leftovers.
dinner: Split pea soup.

Monday
lunch: Leftover split pea soup.
dinner: Teriyaki beef, sichuan style green beans and rice.

Tuesday
lunch: Leftover beef and rice.
dinner: Black bean bugers.

Wednesday
lunch: Sourdough grilled cheese and raw fruits and veggies.
dinner: Creamy sweet potato soup.

Thursday
lunch: Leftover soup.
dinner: Lapin au vin.

Friday
lunch: Omelette.
dinner: Coconut red lentil soup.

Saturday
lunch: leftover soup.
dinner: Supper out.
