A Winter Weekly Meal Plan #8

Today our visitors returned to their home. It was strange not having them around and I felt a little lost. But I carried on and completed some much needed projects around our home. I will post some pictures of two projects my husband and I have been working on (separately) in the next couple days. For now, I humbly offer another weekly meal plan.

Saturday
lunch: Leftovers.
dinner: Cod, oven fries and raw veggies.

Sunday
lunch: Mushroom and thyme omelette.
dinner: Beef barley soup.

Monday
lunch: Leftover soup.
dinner: Homemade sourdough mushroom pizza.

Tuesday
lunch: Leftover pizza.
dinner: Meatballs in tomato sauce and pasta.

Wednesday
lunch: Leftover meatballs.
dinner: Ham, scalloped potatoes and broccoli.

Thursday
lunch: Sourdough sandwiches.
dinner: Split pea soup (using leftover ham).

Friday
lunch: Leftover soup..
dinner: Vegetarian chili.
