Yarn Along over at Small Things is back this week!
Right now I'm working on a pair of fingerless mitts with that rustic brown yarn from a few weeks ago. I found the pattern on Ravelry: Berry Hill fingerless mittens. I'm mixing the brown yarn with an orange baby alpaca yarn to soften the feel a bit. Honestly, I don't know how they'll turn out but Hubby volunteered to use them at work if they aren't what I'm looking for. Oh yes, I just picked up another murder mystery by Peter Lovesey, Skeleton Hill. I really enjoy a good murder mystery!
Don't you love it when hubbys are great like that?! Hope the mittens turn out, though!
ReplyDeleteI have been wanting to make up some fingerless gloves for me. I keep making them for me, but they always end up on someone else's hands, lol!
ReplyDeleteI love baby alpaca and your color choice is gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteI like the colour combination. And what a sweet husband volunteering to take hand knits. Smart man. I also love a good murder mystery.
