Here is our menu for December 12th - 18th:
Saturday: Feast of Our Lady of Guadalupe
Chicken enchiladas, homemade refried beans, Mexican rice served with salsa and sour cream.
Sunday: Feast of St. Lucy
Dinner with extended family.
Monday: Vegetable deep dish pizza and sliced veggies.
Tuesday: Lentil soup and homemade bread.
Wednesday: Sweet and sour meatballs, rice and baked squash.
Thursday: Sushi and wonton soup.
Friday: Dining out.
